After a hailstorm, the hardest part often isn’t the roof. It’s the paperwork.
Rich Moeller spent time working as an insurance adjuster before this, so he’s seen the claims process from the other side. He’ll inspect your roof, document the damage with photographs, and explain what he found in plain English — so you can have an informed conversation with your insurer.
We can’t tell you what your insurance company will decide, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure you understand your roof’s condition and what your options are.

Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?
It depends on how much of the roof is affected, how old it is, and whether the decking underneath is still sound. A few damaged shingles after a storm is usually a repair. Widespread granule loss, curling across whole slopes, or leaks in more than one place usually points to replacement.
We’ll tell you which one you’re looking at, and we’ll tell you if it’s the cheaper of the two. Quality over quantity means we’d rather do one honest repair than sell you a roof you don’t need.
