What to expect

What happens after you call

Calling doesn’t commit you to anything. Here’s the whole process.

1. 1

   You call or text.

Tell us what you’re seeing — a ceiling stain, missing shingles, a gutter pulling away. Whatever brought you here.

2. 2

We schedule a time that works for you.

We’ll find a time around your schedule. We’re open until 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

3. 3

   Rich takes a look.

Rich inspects the roof or exterior himself and photographs what he finds, so you can see it the way he does.

4. 4

   You get a written estimate.

You get a written estimate and a plain-English explanation of your options, with no obligation either way.
