What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we use what you send us to call you back about your roof. Nothing else.
What the estimate form collects.
If you fill out the free estimate form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you write in the "What are you seeing?" box. The email address and the description are required because without them we cannot reply or know what we are looking at; your name and phone number are optional, though a phone number is the fastest way for us to reach you.
The form also includes one hidden field that real people never see or fill in. It exists to catch automated spam, and it is the only thing on this site collecting anything you did not type on purpose.
Where it goes.
Submissions are delivered to Moeller Construction through Sidewalk Sites, the provider that hosts and operates this website for us. They process the message on our behalf so that it reaches us as an inquiry.
Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check to confirm the form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare handles some technical information about that request in order to make that determination. It is the only outside service this site loads.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We are not building a profile of you, because we have nothing to build one with. The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit.
What we use it for.
One thing: responding to you. We use your contact details to reply to your request, to call or text you to schedule a free inspection, and to follow up about the work you asked us about — including the insurance claim process, if there is storm damage. If you call or text us instead, we use your number for the same purpose.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the people described above. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to do the work and keep our own records, and no longer than that.
Ask us to delete it.
If you would like us to delete what you sent, or you want to know what we have, just ask — call or text, or send an email, and tell us which it is. There is no form to fill out and no reason you have to give us.
